November 15–18, 2026!

Registration opens November 1, 2025

Join us for this biennial gathering, where pulse researchers and industry stakeholders from across Canada converge to propel the pulse sector forward. From sharing cutting-edge research to forging new collaborations, CPRW is a cornerstone event dedicated to advancing pulse crop innovation.

Building on the success of our last workshop in Windsor, Ontario, the 13th CPRW will delve into pivotal themes such as:

  • Breeding and genomics of pulses

  • Sustainability in pulse-diversified cropping systems

  • Weed and disease management in pulse crops

  • Processing and application of pulses

  • Health benefits of pulse consumption

  • AI applications in pulse research and processing

Expect to connect with over 150 participants including agronomists, researchers, graduate students, extension specialists, producers, traders, and industry leaders from Canada and the northern United States. Engage with student abstracts showcasing emerging research in dynamic poster sessions, offering early-career scientists a platform to interact with the pulse research community and industry.

As Canada leads as the world's largest exporter of pulse crops, the 13th CPRW underscores our commitment to sustainable agriculture and global food systems. Together, we will spotlight the latest breakthroughs in pulse research and chart the course for future innovations. This workshop is not just a gathering; it's a catalyst for networking, knowledge exchange, and forging new partnerships that will shape the future of pulse research.

Don't miss this opportunity to be part of shaping the future of pulse research and innovation. Join us in Saskatoon for CPRW 2026 and contribute to the continued success of Canada's pulse industry!
